I did not receive my confirmation email when I signed up for my account

This is a common problem and is easy to remedy. Do the following steps:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder. 
  2. If not there, 99% of the time, there was an email entered wrong.
  3. Recreate your account and ensure that your email is correct. 
  4. Follow the instructions in the email.
